How do I book an appointment?

Send us a text or email with your vehicle information, the service you're interested in, and a few times that work for you. We'll respond promptly to confirm details and schedule your appointment.

What areas do you service?

We serve Oak Park, Illinois. As a fully mobile operation, we travel to your home — anywhere in Oak Park with water and power access.

How long does a detail take?

Most appointments take 2 to 4 hours depending on the package, vehicle size, and overall condition. The Express add-on is available if you need a faster turnaround.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Cash and Venmo (@David1214dmw). Payment is collected upon completion, once you have reviewed and approved the finished work.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made no later than the day before your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations are not accepted. If weather conditions would compromise the quality of the service, we will proactively contact you to reschedule at no charge.

Where should I park my vehicle?

Either the driveway in front of your home or your alley driveway works well. Please select a flat, accessible spot that is not in full direct sunlight — shade or partial shade is strongly preferred so products and water don't flash-dry on the paint.

Yes. We're a young team, but that does not mean we're untrustworthy. We take pride in our craft, arrive on time, communicate clearly, and treat every vehicle with the same care we'd give our own. We stand behind every job.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

You are not required to remain outside during the service, but we do need access to water and electricity. Many clients leave a door unlocked or simply relax indoors while we work.

Do you tip mobile car detailers?

Tipping is appreciated but never expected. Many of our Oak Park clients tip 10–20% for great service, similar to other service industries, while others prefer to leave a Google review or refer a friend — both help just as much. Either way, our pricing is honest and never changes based on whether you choose to tip.
