Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and cancellations.
Cancel the day before
Cancellations must be communicated no later than the day before your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations are not accepted out of respect for our schedule and other clients.
Inclement weather
In the event of rain, storms, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of the detail, we will contact you in advance to reschedule at no charge. Light overcast weather is generally acceptable.
